If you have paid for a product but are unable to access or download the purchased PDF because of a genuine technical problem, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchased file.

1. Duplicate Purchases

1. Cancellation

Orders for digital products cannot generally be cancelled once the digital file has been made available for download.
