Welcome to Sue Craft Art, a brand of WELBE LIFE SCIENCES. By accessing or purchasing from www.suecraftart.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products

Sue Craft Art sells printable digital coloring books in PDF format for children.

All products sold through this website are digital products only. No physical book or other physical product will be shipped.

2. Digital Downloads

After successful payment, the purchased digital product will be made available for download through the applicable digital delivery system.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email/account used for the purchase.

3. Personal Use

Purchased coloring books are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You may download and print the purchased PDF for your own use and for use by children in your household or educational setting where permitted.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the PDF files.

  • Upload the files to websites, file-sharing services or social media for public distribution.

  • Claim the artwork or content as your own.

  • Reproduce or commercially distribute the files without written permission.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through the payment method made available at checkout.

All applicable prices and payment information are displayed during the purchase process.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available, because our products are digital downloads and there is no physical product to deliver.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are digital files that are delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital files have been successfully downloaded.

If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing or downloading a purchased file, please contact us so that we can assist you.

6. Intellectual Property

All illustrations, characters, designs, text and other content published by Sue Craft Art are owned by or licensed to WELBE LIFE SCIENCES and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual-property rights to the customer.

7. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current or error-free.
